We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but colors may appear differently depending on screen settings.
Custom orders are available upon request and may require additional processing time.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing Orders: Orders can be placed through https://craftzt.my-online.store/ , email, or direct messaging. Ensure all information provided is accurate.
Payment Methods: We accept PayPal and other credit cards. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or message once your order is processed.
Custom Orders: A non-refundable deposit of $5 is required for custom orders. Full payment is due upon completion.
All orders are final and can not be refunded.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 10 -15 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom orders may require additional time.
Shipping Methods: We ship via USPS. Tracking information will be provided once the item is shipped.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
Lost or Damaged Items: We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Please contact the carrier to file a claim.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are not accepted at this time.

6. Cancellations

Standard Orders: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
Custom Orders: Custom orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

All content, including designs, images, and text, is the intellectual property of CraftzT. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
